Horrible customer service I took my car in for a regular maintenance and a recall. When i got home i noticed that there is greasy finger prints on my dash on air bag cover. T I took my car in for a regular maintenance and a recall. When i got home i noticed that there is greasy finger prints on my dash on air bag cover. The recall was about fixing air bag. I called them twice and left messages but no one had returned my call yet. Once i insisted to the operator that i would need to talk to a live person. I got a rep who said he had been off for two weeks and does not have a clue. Then he told me that the service manager is on vacation and he could not find a single person with knowledge to answer my call. I guess it is summer time and Toyota is short staffed to answer customers. I left vm for Brad More

Went for a oil change and got the car with broken side mirro The service was the most xxxxxxxx service i ever got in my life. This is last time i am going to that dealership. Came for a oil change and the mechan The service was the most xxxxxxxx service i ever got in my life. This is last time i am going to that dealership. Came for a oil change and the mechanics broke my side mirror window. Dont know what the &$$^^$ the mechanics were doing but when the car was parked outside to pickup , i saw the side mirror broken and hanging down. Didn't have the courtesy to let me know that they had broken it and parked it there to pick up. I had to go back to the person who was serving me and then had to wait for 10 minutes before he was having a joyful chat with a customer and then said it will be fixed. Not more than 30 minutes he said. I waited 2 hours after that sitting in dealership. The whole process took 4 hours. i came 1 pm for oil change and left the dealership at 5 pm. What pissed me off was that they parked the car outside with the mirror broken and seems didnt give a xxxx to let the main person ( Brian ) know who i was dealing with when that side mirror has been broken by them. Looks like they have frustated mechanics and staff working there and like to keep their clients frustated too. More
