We discussed the vehicle I had chosen, looked at details about the vehicle & then went on a test drive. Bruce was focused on me- on my other experiences, the sales people were on their phones or with multiple customers, not with Bruce, it was one-on-one. Bruce walked my through the features, talked to me about what the vehicle had for safety features & options & really ensured I was comfortable. Bruce is so comfortable to deal with. He is honest, he is knowledgeable & patient. I was very very happy with my experience. Tom Pitsikos( manager) partnered with Bruce for my purchase & worked with me until I was comfortable saying yes to my new vehicle. These guys are awesome!
