Unfair pricing and even worse attitudes Dealership gives good prices in general for used cars, but consumers beware, do not fall for the VIN etching service and their so-called Platinum Tire Dealership gives good prices in general for used cars, but consumers beware, do not fall for the VIN etching service and their so-called Platinum Tire and Rim warranty coverage. Do yourself a favor and save the extra $1000. Worse off, the general manager called my refusal to pay for these services absurd and called everyone who says not to pay for these extras "bogus." Will not be coming to this dealership for new and used sales, nor for service. More

Horrible customer service I took my car in for a regular maintenance and a recall. When i got home i noticed that there is greasy finger prints on my dash on air bag cover. T I took my car in for a regular maintenance and a recall. When i got home i noticed that there is greasy finger prints on my dash on air bag cover. The recall was about fixing air bag. I called them twice and left messages but no one had returned my call yet. Once i insisted to the operator that i would need to talk to a live person. I got a rep who said he had been off for two weeks and does not have a clue. Then he told me that the service manager is on vacation and he could not find a single person with knowledge to answer my call. I guess it is summer time and Toyota is short staffed to answer customers. I left vm for Brad More
