Awful experience and work performed. I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 sport from Peel Chrysler. I dealt with the salesman Noor. Noor went over multiple truck spec sheets with m I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 sport from Peel Chrysler. I dealt with the salesman Noor. Noor went over multiple truck spec sheets with me but would only show me the lower modle sport in the lot (not the actual truck I was buying). The truck that he sold me on is not the truck that I picked up. The key was supposed to be a fob system, and the truck was supposed to have reverse sensors. I should have walked away right then and I am regretting this now. When I got home with the new truck I noticed two small stone chips one on the front grille, and another on the passenger side door. I immediately sent Noor some pictures showing the chips. He claimed that the stone chips must have happened on my way home that night... He then told me that he would send me a touch up paint. I asked if his people could do the touch ups for me and he said "NO" that this was now my problem. About a week after this on a Monday morning I got into the truck and noticed that water was leaking from the front passenger column down onto the vent. I called Noor to arrange for this to be fixed. He said he would have someone from service call me right away. When I had not heard back from them I decided to call myself. He had given the service desk the wrong persons information. I was finally able to arrange for this warranty work to be completed. I dropped off my vehicle on the scheduled day. They were supposed to have a rental vehicle there for me so I could get to work. I had to wait a few hours before finally getting the rental and making it to work. They called that day and said the work was completed and I could come and pick up the truck. When I went to pick up the truck I went over the work that they had done. I found they had dug into my interior trim piece with a flat head screw driver, and could see were they had pried the exterior with a putty knife. I showed the service desk and they were unsatisfied with the work done. I then showed Noor who was also unsatisfied. They both seperatly took pictures and said they would have the service manager call me "tomorrow". No one called for two weeks before I called back. I made another appointment to have them look at the windsheild again today. They told me to repair the damage on the exterior that they would have to replace the entire windsheild. They said in replacing the windsheild that they would end up causing more damage then what was already showing. So I am now left with a damaged gasket on the windsheild. The only thing they will do for me is replace the trim piece inside. I would not recommend anyone to go to Peel Chrysler Fiat. They were very unhelpful to me and made the experience miserable. 2014 RAM 1500 Service I recently had my son's 2014 RAM 1500 serviced at Peel. I brought it in due to a rust stain on the driver door. Sean Hill is who I started to deal wit I recently had my son's 2014 RAM 1500 serviced at Peel. I brought it in due to a rust stain on the driver door. Sean Hill is who I started to deal within the service department. Sean quickly found that the rubber door seal had some exposed metal where the water drains out (used to seat it on its mount around the inside of the door). This is what was causing the stain. Sean grabbed a cloth and wiped the stain away for me and then ordered a replacement seal. When the seal arrived, Sean took care of all of my concerns and went well above the norm when he personally applied touch up paint to a couple of areas that needed attention. While the truck was in for service, Sean made sure that an update to the radio was also applied (I did not have to book another service appointment). It is clear that Sean is very detailed, delivering a superior customer first experience and is pleasant to deal with. He is also a RAM owner. As a result of the fine service from Sean and from Russ Davidov, I purchased a 2015 RAM 1500 for myself. Even though I live in Burlington, I will be bringing my truck to Peel for service work. They are a far superior group of people to work with. More

Service made me feel good about noise I was concerned about Heard a noise from a wheel on brand new jeep. Took it in because I was going on a trip to Erie and wanted to be comfortable about what I heard. I di Heard a noise from a wheel on brand new jeep. Took it in because I was going on a trip to Erie and wanted to be comfortable about what I heard. I didn't hear it on the way to the appointment and the service guys didn't hear it but they saw me right on time. Went for a drive and we both didn't hear it but when we got back they put it up and took the wheel off checked brakes and were very kind to a concerned lady. Have not had a problem have never heard the noise again. Really appreciated the time and effort they put in to make me feel confident about my three hour drive. Very punctual. More

2015 chrysler 200 they took my car for new transmission replacement on new car after just less then 6.000km. I did open case with Chrysler Canada and hoping to get things done. More

Peel Chrysler is the best!! I bought a new Fiat Dec 31st from Peel Chrysler. I wanted to get snow tires, so I shopped around and found that Peel Chrysler had a very good brand I bought a new Fiat Dec 31st from Peel Chrysler. I wanted to get snow tires, so I shopped around and found that Peel Chrysler had a very good brand and the price was comparable to everyone else. They also got me in the same day I called. I was very impressed that the snow tires came with nice looking rims!! Wow!! I had my first driving experience yesterday in a snowstorm and was very nervous at first. By the time I got home I had driven for 90 minutes and my car had not slid at all. I felt very confident that I was safe and not going to have an accident. I am extremely happy with my new car and VERY happy with the snow tires. More

First oil change, good experience. Set up an appointment over the phone a couple days earlier. Showed up and car was serviced right away. Also while waiting for my truck, lady whose name I did not catch but drove the shuttle, asked me a few times if I would like coffee (from tims) or if she could get me anything which was very courteous and represents the dealership very well!
