2014 Ram Purchase Both Russ and Sofiane were absolutely great to deal with. Customer focused throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing from Peel but will not be my last. The next vehicle will come from Peel; there will be no shopping or looking around. I live in Barrie and had previously made my purchases locally but it was a bad experience in regards to pricing out my new Ram purchase that made me look elsewhere. I had heard about Peel through their ads and gave them a shot. After meeting Russ in person and discussing my needs and pricing out the truck I knew that I was in the right place and to look further would be a waste. The deal that Russ and Sofiane put together was superb. They both made me feel that I was in the right place and that they really cared about me getting the deal that was right for me; and it was, I bought the truck on the spot. It needed to be ordered in and that was just fine with me. The truck came in sooner than expected , I drove to Peel in my old Ram and drove home in my new Ram. I really can't say enough about such a positive experience. It is so refreshing to do business with professionals who truly care. My wife will be purchasing a Jeep in the next couple of years and has already said she is going to Peel; smart gal ! More
