I called and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told that one would return my call. This never happened. I still do not have a spare key. My plan was to go to Peel Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM for oil changes and service, however, due to the fact that I was lied to and still have yet to receive my spare key, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.
