Best buying experience ever!! I have been checking dealers locally and as far away as Sudbury and Barrie for good deals on trucks, when I happened upon Peel's web sight. I sent an Email requesting information on various vehicles. I had a reply back within a short time frame from Domenic Capogreco. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns in such a way that put me at ease that I decided to travel from North Bay to Peel, drop in to their place of work and meet Dominic one on one. I ended up buying a truck from Dominic.I also had the pleasure of meeting Sam Liamakeros who also helped in providing good sound advise with regards to warranty and preventive maintenance( undercoating) While waiting for work to be completed I had a chance to talk to Paul K. and shared home made cookies from Linda G. which helped to pass the time quickly. They were right. Ya can't beat a deal from Peel!!! Dealt with Rocco a week or so ago. Told him I was just "kickin the tires". He gave me all the information I needed for the time. Prices seemed good. All Rocco said was go check out the other dealers and before you deal, give me the opportunity to earn your business. So, I went out there to visit a few other dealers. Some said xx to Peel's claims on their good deals. The few other Ram dealers went to , I had to walk out from as I was getting stressed out a bit. Couldn't get the bottom line price I wanted. Finally after I did all my due diligence on vehicle prices etc. I went to see Rocco. He was incredibly accommodating, professional and above all did not pressure me. I ended up ordering the truck I wanted for for less than anyone else. Price aside, I was really treated well by Rocco and the dealership as a whole. Rocco just has a way of knowing the intrinsic value of a customer. Truly a pleasure and I look for to future business. Thanks guys. More
