horrible knowledge Started out ok. Deal finished awful. Still have unsolved problems the dealership refuses to acknowledge. Pretty bad when your salesperson says 'I know Started out ok. Deal finished awful. Still have unsolved problems the dealership refuses to acknowledge. Pretty bad when your salesperson says 'I know nothing about trucks' when she's trying to sell you one....... Should have canceled the deal as soon as she made excuses for not getting back to me & for not remembering what truck I was looking at. Glad most correspondence was by email. Will be contacting Chrysler directly about the issues unresolved. Only plus is the financing person was great to deal with. He actually did the delivery on my truck because the salesperson was to busy with a walk-in cutomer (I had an appointment to pick up my vehicle). No wonder they are a number one sales team. Once you have bought your vehicle they move to the next sale without worrying about properly finishing the last sale. More
