Our dealers could not even touch the deal that Josh hooked us up with. Josh exceeded every expectation that we had. He was friendly, trustworthy and as stated before he was able to get this all done over email and text! Are you serious who can do that and he was so prompt with getting back to us too. When our jeep came in we drove up and we were in and out no long drawn out process. David worked on the financing for us and let me tell you he made magic happen. We were so pleased with these two guys we have been referring many people over to them at Peel. Josh has himself life long jeep clients with us!Thanks again guys ! More

We both had a great experience at the dealer they took great care of everyone we brought with us My brother-in-law and I both got new Rams from Peel. We both had a great experience at the dealer they took great care of everyone we brought with us making sure we had food and drinks if we wanted, all at no cost. The delivery of the two trucks was well organized with the sales and financial office didn't feel like there was rush to get us out of the way for the next customers it was all done with great care and a personal experience you just don't get everywhere. Gagan is a great sales man that's willing to work with the customer to get them into a vehicle they will be happy with and not just over the curb in a vehicle for a sale. He took the time to ask what we wanted and worked with the budget to make everyone happy. More

Finance guy is MIA, so is deal paperwork I ATTEMPTED to purchase a Dodge ram from these guys last month, went in on a Saturday to sign the paperwork. I never received a copy of the agreement I ATTEMPTED to purchase a Dodge ram from these guys last month, went in on a Saturday to sign the paperwork. I never received a copy of the agreement and then never received any follow up from Bond until I called him 4 days later. He said that the bank was waiting for paperwork and paystubs (I had no clue, because he never asked for them). I submitted the paperwork and told Paul I would need a follow up call from them the next day, which I didn't receive. I did however receive a call back from Bond, and when I again asked him about the delay, stating that my mortgage was more complicated and took less time, he tried to explain to me how getting a car loan is looked at harder than a mortgage. Having worked in the mortgage and real estate industries I knew this was completely untrue and called Paul to ask to cancel the deal. Paul was very evasive about cancelling, asking for more time, telling me a manger wasn't there to handle it et. until I mentioned I might lay a complaint with OMVIC, magically a manager was on the phone within 30 seconds to cancel my deal and make the arrangements to refund my money. I realize one lazy or busy financing guy can happen in a dealership, but lying to me to cover it up and keep the deal alive was totally shady. PS.. Got my loan through Macgiver in Newmarket, took less than half the time to get an approval. More
