Long wait for a vehicle I am very pleased with my new Jeep. I was a bit disappointed with the appointment for pickup as I had a two hour drive and when I got to my appointm I am very pleased with my new Jeep. Make appointments for times when everything is available. Once there my employee contact was very professional and did a nice job showing me how everything worked. Made initial contact with Josh, and spoke to Bruno over the phone on Saturday afternoon, and by the next Saturday morning, we were in my brand new truck heading home. We setup the deal long distance via telephone and email. and I still can't believe how easy it was. Bruno kept me in the loop all week as to the progress of the deal. Arrived at the Peel dealership around 8:45am, and by 9:15am everything was signed, sealed and delivered. Bruno was absolutely fantastic to deal with and incredibly funny. First and last purchase from Peel Dodge I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the time of truck pick up and it would be a few days. I said, that's understandable no problem I can wait for it. A few days turns into a week and a week turns into 2 weeks. This calling Rocco a few times before, he gets back to me letting me know parts are in. I was like great. Then it took another 3-4 days to wait for a service to call me, however they never called to book anything. After waiting and waiting, I decided to call the sales manager. He puts me on hold to come back to tell me that the brake module was still on back order. So I asked, why did Rocco tell me it was in? Anyway long story short, I ended up getting a refund on the trailer brake and hitch. Sucked because I needed to haul some stuff for long weekend. It short, wouldn't go back there. I also bought into their $1995 rust protection as part of getting a 0.01% financing option. Wow do they do a horrible job of rust proofing for paying $1995.00. I will post a YouTube video link showing you all the missed spots underneath so you can see for yourself. You would think for paying nearly $2000.00 that it would be near perfect. I guess not. They look like they have a lot of great reviews, but I'm sure there are bad ones that people don't bother putting up. I'm just writing a review of what I experienced. More
