I didn't hear it on the way to the appointment and the service guys didn't hear it but they saw me right on time. Went for a drive and we both didn't hear it but when we got back they put it up and took the wheel off checked brakes and were very kind to a concerned lady. Have not had a problem have never heard the noise again. Really appreciated the time and effort they put in to make me feel confident about my three hour drive. Very punctual. More
