Worst experience buying my first vehicle I bought a soft top jeep and had to order hardtop as an option. We waited 2 weeks nobody informed us that it arrived, repeated phone calls found out i I bought a soft top jeep and had to order hardtop as an option. We waited 2 weeks nobody informed us that it arrived, repeated phone calls found out it was there. When I called they said arrive at 6 o' clock and we will install it knowing that it was a 2 hour drive. Upon arrival we were told someone will be out to help us install it in a few minutes... we waited at least 20 or so minutes and still nobody came out. When we went in I was then informed that it was going to cost me to have it put on... which I was not told before I drove the 2 hours down there. when I spoke to the sales guy he said I will get a couple of the guys to help lift it on ( this was after another 20 minutes or so). Finally my stepfather and I decided that nobody was coming out to help us install it and opened the box ourselves and started to figure out how to put the hardtop on ( in the middle of the dealership parking lot). Finally one of the sales guys came out and helped lift it on ( not the sales guy that had sold me the Jeep) and once he did so he left. We asked the garage guys if we could borrow tools, they said no. At this point it was getting dark, foggy and beginning to rain and still no one would help us. They also in the beginning tried to get us to sign a blank piece of paper when I was signing all the other papers to buy the Jeep... and would not tell me what the paper was for, they just kept saying that its for finance and just to sign it.. The whole experience was HORRIBLE! More
