Joe Kim was excellent to work with I recently attended one of BMW's sales events. My previous sales representative was no longer with Parkview BMW, so I was essentially a free agent. I recently attended one of BMW's sales events. My previous sales representative was no longer with Parkview BMW, so I was essentially a free agent. I was directed to work with Joe Kim and right away Joe was very welcoming. Joe was fantastic about explaining details of the sale and took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a new car. Joe was patient with me in reviewing the cars that were available and walking through all the different packages for features. The best thing Joe did for me is that he insisted I go for a test drive because he wanted me to love the car. He also setup an expert to drive with to answer further questions about features of the car. In terms of working out a deal that worked best for me, I felt like Joe was extremely accommodating to my needs and ultimately I am now a returning Parkview BMW customer as we were able to make a deal. Great Experience Overall Had the pleasure of working with Ken. He provided great friendly service. I was really picky and wanted certain features in my BMW. He was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to show me many cars and find the right one for me. Also the Business manager was great and didn't pressure me to buy all the upsells offered when signing for the car. Ken and administration staff were great to address all problems and concerns pre and post delivery of the car to make things right and made me leave with a smile on my face when everything was said and done. Will definitely be going back in the near future when I upgrade my current BMW from them. More
