I went in for an oil change in the fall of 2020 and was told that the cabin filter needed to be changed also which was done. The service was fine and my advisor was very nice. Then when I turned on my a/c told that the cabin filter needed to be changed also which was done. The service was fine and my advisor was very nice. Then when I turned on my a/c or heat the noise in the cabin was very loud and I just thought it was that way. I asked my mechanic to check it out Feb 10,2022 and he said the person working on it forgot to put back a little black plastic bar that holds the air filter in the passenger cabin in its place. The same day I called the service department and talked to someone who said the service manager was out and would leave a message with him. I got no call back of course they had a record of me getting my car serviced. I had to go to Wellington Chrysler and order the part which cost me just under 70 dollars. I still didn't receive a call back from the service manager and just wanted them to be aware of what happened. More
