I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan. I knew the vehicle that I wanted and had been trying to price the vehicle at several new car Chrysler stores. I had travelled to Toronto to buy the vehicle and vehicle that I wanted and had been trying to price the vehicle at several new car Chrysler stores. I had travelled to Toronto to buy the vehicle and found the shopping experience to be very unpleasant and had shopped four dealers until I wound up at Ontario Chrysler. Two of the three previous dealers would not negotiate a price unless I paid a deposit which I absolutely refuse to do. The third dealer simply advised me they didn't have what I was looking for and the sales person walked away. By the end of the day I was irritated, tired and frustrated with the experience but I gave Chrysler one more try and went to Ontario Chrysler. This turned out to be the best decision of the day and I now wish I would have started there. I met with Ali Shahrawan and explained to him that I wanted to buy a van but a price would have to me negotiated without a deposit. This made it very difficult for him because management still wanted a deposit but Ali persevered and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted for a price that suited me. Ali is a very motivated, understanding and accommodating sales person. He represents his dealership well and it is because of his efforts that I purchased a vehicle there and will return to purchase my next one. The after purchase support and rapport at this dealership is very much like dealing with a small dealer. I have to say that I'm impressed with their sales and service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank-you Ali for your patience and perseverance. You are suited for this industry and will do well. I saw Grant Cafferty at the service desk, he was friendly and seemed honest. Ontario Chrysler is not in my area, but I decided to come here as I was tired of the poor service in my area.
