Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I origanly went to this dealership as it was in the area of my workplace. I did not have a contact and just went in cold. I needed to replace my wife's Jeep Grand Cheeroke and was looking to purchase a Jeep of my workplace. I did not have a contact and just went in cold. I needed to replace my wife's Jeep Grand Cheeroke and was looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler for her. This was the 3rd dealer I had visisted in order to price out the vehicle. Contstantine walked me through the process and I was so pleased with the price and service that I recieved from him and the dealer in general that I returned a month later and bought a new Dodge Ram Longhorn from him as well. I have recommended this dealership to a number of friends and I personally know that this dealership saved a friend of mine hundreds of dollars in repairs to the electronics of his Jeep Liberty. Just this week a friend of mine aslo bought a new Grand Cheeroke off Constantine as well. I have always been a GM guy through and through but I probanbly will never go back! Great Job Guys! I had visited dealership previously but came away without being very optimistic . I was given a referral by a previous employee to go and see richard which i done on a saturday afternoon with my wife . Richa being very optimistic . Richard was so bubbly and happy to see us as we had made an appointment , and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable . After finding out what our needs were as i was planning to order a new one he proceeded to show us a truck in stock which had more options but fitted our needs better and when priced out was quite comparible to an ordered in unit . Richard is very knowledgable about the new diesel trucks and was able to explain most of the options and after writing up a deal i felt really appreciative that we had talked to the right salesman . My experience with Dianna over the years has been a very pleasant one. I had purchased a brand new Caliber from her back in 2006. She was not pushy nor arrogant and listened to what my needs were. He took me through a vehicle that I was interested in and his knowledge on the vehicle was outstanding. I went back and bought the vehicle. He answered all my questions, made some cost saving suggestions on fuel consumption, and showed me some very nice models. On my first service visit I experienced some poor customer service. I gave a statement of facts on this site about my experience. He went to great lengths to make things right, right down to picking up my car and delivering it back after the parts came in. I want to thank Ontario Chrysler for taking charge of poor, but not awful, service and going the extra miles to ensure I was happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service or sales, as I bought the vehicle there as well. I will also add the work was warranty, so they did not forget about me AFTER the sale like so many retailers do. Thanks again Ontario Chrysler ! More
