Very pleasant and patient salesperson It has been 13 years since my last car purchase and I was nervous about car shopping.I had gone to a few dealerships but each time left feeling frustr It has been 13 years since my last car purchase and I was nervous about car shopping.I had gone to a few dealerships but each time left feeling frustrated knowing that I would have to spend another Saturday looking.This past Saturday was my lucky day when I was walking around the car lot and was pleasantly approached by a gentleman named Magdy.He was soft spoken and took a keen interest into listening about the type of car I was looking for.Magdy answered all of my questions carefully and took the time to demonstrate features I was unfamiliar with...like keyless start which I never seen before! Magdy offered to take me for a test drive and his calm manner and great sense of humor made me relax and really enjoy the ride and realize this is a good car for me.Even on the pickup day I asked Magdy to review some of the features of the car and he suggested another drive together so I could feel comfortable .Even my husband said Magdy was a really good guy and would go see him when he needs a car.Driving home from work today I put my hazard lights on by mistake and could not figure out how to take them off so I panicked...then I called Magdy and he glady told me what button I had pressed....what a relief ! I will most definetly recommend Magdy as a wonderful salesperson to my family and friends....Thankyou so much...very pleased with my dodge journey More

We looked on line and saw that Ontario Chrysler had a large inventory or rams 1500, We called the dealership and spoke to Marc who was very polite, professional and very informative. He assured us that if we came to see him he would take very good care of us and give us the best price. Arriving at the dealership Marc received us very excited and had a few trucks lined up for us. We saw one that we really liked and he gave us a quote that was substantially less other dealerships we visited. 2015 Challenger I was looking for a 2015 Challenger SXT and could not find one at any lot with the features I was looking for. I ordered my car here in 30 minutes and I was looking for a 2015 Challenger SXT and could not find one at any lot with the features I was looking for. I ordered my car here in 30 minutes and it was delivered in just over 2 weeks. outstanding service. On a side note not so cool it arrived with a small scratch on the drivers side rear quarter panel. I did not see it until a few days later. I have not had it looked it by this dealership yet as I have been in Cuba for 2 weeks, but prior to leaving I was having problems with the air pressure in the tires and I took the car to a closer Dodge dealership in Ajax, twice, and was told the tires can't keep a constant pressure because of the "consistency of the Tire" what a Joke. I was also told the scratch could not be fixed at this dealership because it was not the dealership I purchased the car from, not a strong way to start a Dodge and Customer relationship. Just seemed like the Ajax Dealership did not care I just spent almost $50,000 on a Dodge. Service Department seemed COLD... . Overall: Would purchase from Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge again for sure. Would NEVER purchase for the Ajax Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep. More
