Things will only get normal for the 2016 model that will start in September for delivery late this year... Peter Shafek tried through several ways to find me a car, but everytime he had good news for me, a few minutes later he found out the car was sold... Until the last minute when I was about to leave the dealer frustrated, he and the management team tried everything to find me a car and were able to identify an order placed by them that was still under manufacturing! Best of all, I could still change the color to anyone I wanted! And the price offered was very reasonable! A couple of weeks later, I received the car and fulfilled my dream! I consider this a great level of professionalism from Peter and the management team that tried everything possible to attend a customer and make him happy. This is not the type of commitment you see much around... If you look for something in particular, a specific model or a specific color and optional and you are having problems to find out a car that fits what you are looking for, don't waste your time in several dealers... Great Service / Even Greater Salesman I'm from Windsor Ontario. I checked out the dealerships in Windsor and none of them had the product I was looking for. When I asked the Salesperson that had been assigned to me to search and maybe find the vehicle I was looking for I was told I would have to come to the dealership in person and leave a deposit before this could be done. I was only asking for this person to search for a vehicle. So instead I did it myself. That's when I found Ontario Chrysler. Not only did they have six vehicles that I was interested in they still had 2015 inventory arriving daily. I found my truck. The salesman did all the work. Only issue I had was with the finance manager. He kept forcing me to take gap insurance which I refused, and right after that you could tell he was pissed at me and that made for an awkward couple minutes of silence. I work in sales too, but the guy could've been more professional. Would've given a perfect review if it wasn't for him. More
