Gord was able to set up everything over the phone/through email and he just made the whole sales process so much easier and so much less stressful than we thought it would be. He was really friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed before we left, and answering any questions we had as well. He spent about 10 minutes with us before we left going through the basics of the car (where the windshield wipers were, emergency break, how the radio worked etc) which we really appreciated, especially since not 5 minutes later into driving it started pouring down rain! We would definitely go to Ontario Chrysler and see Gord again! Thanks again Gord, we made it home safe and sound in our perfect new ride! More
