After walking into Ontario Chrysler I was greeted by one of there staff members named Michael he was very friendly and patient with me as I asked him a million questions about different vehicles and his honest opinion I was able to achieve an honest answer and he helped me make a choice with which car to buy . I'm always nervous going into dealerships because I never have a good experience and always feel like I'm being taken advantage of when shopping for a car as a women. I am starting to rebuild my credit after 6 years of being discharged from BR. For years I've had snarky looks and remarks and did not have hope of getting a great vehicle like the Jeep Cherokee. As soon as I contacted OC and told Isabelle Iorwa my credit history there was no judgemental tone or any hint of snarkiness. She was very positive and worked hard to get me a loan and even talked to me after and before her work hours to get my car before our cottage trip.
