One thing after the other changed through my purchase experience here - ultimately resulting in a call to Chrysler head office. Sales person was continuously put in a position to disappoint me due to management changing things. I tried to back out of the deal as I felt like I was an inconvenience to them - they wouldn't go for it. Car is great so far but I wouldn't ever go back or recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. 1 star given as sales rep tried his best but still provided incorrect information at times where he could have done his own due diligence.
