Top rate people doing an outstanding job. From our first meeting with Gord he was a pleasure to deal with. Both Gord and Robert went all the way to get our deal done. Gord completely understood our financial situation and came up with a deal we could live with. Robert went above and beyond to get our financing in place. Even when Robert reached a deal with one bank, he still continued to check other avenues to see if he could get us a better deal. We came all the way from south east Scarborough on the recommendation of a friend to deal with Gord and I'm glad we did. If there is any way to get the service department to open on Saturdays, I'm sure you'll see more of me. Don't let the four stars for Price fool you, I feel we got a great deal, but everybody wishes it were better, and there has to be some room for improvement. This is my 7th Chrysler product in 35 years and I'm sure it won't be my last. An honorable mention goes out to Joe Albi for his friendly demeanor and interesting stories. Apparently he knew the wife's family from back on the Danforth and it was a pleasure sharing memories with him. More
