I finally pulled the trigger and decided to travel.down to trade in my 2016 Ram sport 1500. I was immediately introduced to Ed Shore who went out of his way to show me the vast inventory they had. He took the time to show me the various options of the ram rebel 2019. His patience and knowledge lead me to purxhase a 2019 white Ram 1500 Rebel. Ed new his products and pointed out pros and cons of difeerent vehicles. Ed truly is worth a 5 star rating. After meeting Ed and securing the deal i met Robert Bush. Robert was thorough in explaining everything and didnt pressure me into any additional warranties or upgrades. All the staff was excellent. Persons took the time to ensure that i was taken care of. Ed sped the process up knowing I was from out of town and i was out in my new truck the same day by 4:30 pm. Very impressive. Ed followed up the next day knowing i had a 14 hour drive back to Thunder Bay to ensure i was satisfied. Oh and just to note this is my 4th brand new dodge ram and my wife has had three dodge products, van,journey and now a jeep cherokee. Service like this keeps me coming back. Great job Ed Shore .
