TERRIBLE...JUST TERRIBLE Up until about a month ago I was a loyal customer. Not only did I do all my services there but I also bought most of my parts from them as I modified my Jeep for off-roading. Surprise...I blew my motor. My first thought...O’Connor’s will make it right. And they did...after I had to source the used motor, after a whole month (to the day) for a job that should have taken less than a week and after I had to wait (3 weeks) for a loaner. Once I picked it up I noticed all of my recovery gear was missing out of the back and (giving them the benefit of the doubt) I went back in to retrieve my stuff. Nope!! Apparently their compound had been broken into and the thieves made off with my stuff. Interesting how my Jeep was “broken into” with no damage (as per the Service Manager the Jeep was locked). Long story short...I’ve tried to get video footage for the police (Jeep was parked out of site of the camera), I’ve tried to talk to the Dealer Principal to see if he would compensate me somehow (maybe pay my deductible) and I’ve talked to any other Manager who would give me the time of day to walk out of there frustrated and unappreciated. I won’t go back!!! More

Carla was so amazing with helping me get into the vehicle I wanted, was so informative and respectful, was such a down to earth, easy to talk to girl! The whole atmosphere was comfortable, everyone was super friendly, and helped us out so much! We are SO happy with our 2019 Jeep Sahara and thank everyone at O’Connor!!! More

Long story short I paid 212$ for this dealership to eventually rotate two tires( didn’t do it the first time so I had to do back). Phoned them to notify my Cultus Lake resident parking pass was missing from my car after the “service”. I was told they would check into it and follow up. No follow up of course. My Jeep won’t be back to this place that for sure More

So when I purchased the car I said if the breaks are still bad will you fix them. They said yes but to drive it for a few weeks to see if it went away. Sure enough it didn’t. So when I brought the car back they replaced the breaks but put on cheap aftermarket rotors and pads which this car has Brembo brakes and rotors from factory and are not the same. So if you want cheap service, people who don’t know what they’re talking about and just trying to get a sale and a general manger who likes to yell at they’re customers go there. I regret buying this car from them and should have just continued buying my cars and trucks from Mapleridge Chrysler More
Unbelievable Service I drive a new VW Jetta and I had the unfortunate experience of having the car driven on a flat tire. The car was driven so long that we were not able I drive a new VW Jetta and I had the unfortunate experience of having the car driven on a flat tire. The car was driven so long that we were not able to salvage the tire. I started calling around to tire shops in the lower mainland at 4pm, including VW, but no one had one tire available it would have to wait until they could order it in. This wouldn't work for me, Stacey Seniuk of O'CONNOR Dodge Jeep, being the consumate professional recognized that I had a major issue and made some phone calls. He got back to me immediately and said he could have the tire in the next day, mounted, balanced and ready to roll. He even offered me his own personal vehicle to use if I needed to get to work. That is the very essence of customer service, and a man who cares about the people in his community! Looks like there is a new Dodge Ram in my future and all my business will go to Mr. Seniuk! More
Move on (if your Dodge can drag itself elsewhere)! Van quit working on a Friday morning, I called O’Conner and asked if they could get to it, I was told it would take a day or two. I got the van into Van quit working on a Friday morning, I called O’Conner and asked if they could get to it, I was told it would take a day or two. I got the van into them at 11 Friday morning. I heard nothing for the rest of Friday, expecting to have the van repaired on Saturday (“it will take a day or two” I was informed)! At 3:40 on Saturday (20 minutes before closing) I called O’Conner expecting my van to be done (I did not receive a call from them - at this point they have had my much needed van for over 28 hours), I was told all service reps were busy, but they would call me right back. They closed at 4, and no one called me back. Seriously, call your customers back, whether you have good news or bad, call them back! First thing Monday morning I called again, was told they had not worked on the van yet. Finally figured out the problem late Monday morning. Heard nothing again from them for the rest of Monday. Tuesday morning, I have to call O’Conner again (did I mention that you should call your customers)! They return my call at 9am to tell me they won’t get the job done until Wednesday (an alternator job - not a major job). How do you figure that with 8 hours left in the day, and with already having the van for the fourth day, you already have decided we won’t be working on it today? I spoke with the Manager and he seemed reasonable. I again had to call Tuesday afternoon, spoke again with the Manager who informed me the work was done. An hour after getting this news, the service rep calls me and tells me the work is done! 5 days after dropping off my van (for an alternator) I get it back, and to appease me, they tell me that they have given me something on the bill for the trouble. I get a free car wash for my trouble ($1200 invoice, 3 days late, numerous aggravating phone calls), and a car wash is the answer to very poor service? So very unimpressed with the service and product, I sold the van - good-bye O’Conner and good-bye Dodge! More
Excellent Costumer Service Coincidentally my daughter expienced 3 different issues with her car. Begining the day prior to traveling on her own to another province. And next Coincidentally my daughter expienced 3 different issues with her car. Begining the day prior to traveling on her own to another province. And next day while on the road To keep it short I will get to the point. No need to explain the exact events. O’Conner and Coquitlem Crysler together listened to my concern, contacted the necessary people to assist us and did so in reasonable time. Followed up twice with myself and my daughter throughout the 2 day trip. This was outstanding for me as a parent who was miles away to know they were as concerned as I that she arrive to her destination safely. And for my daughter. after she received a personal call from the General Manger she went from feeling frustrated and stressed to voiceing a feeling of reassurance and now confident that everything would be ok. Thanks again for truly being available to both of us. More
All we wanted was an oil change My wife called for an oil change and she was aggressively up-selled to a air filter, tire rotation, and a whole host of other crap. When she commente My wife called for an oil change and she was aggressively up-selled to a air filter, tire rotation, and a whole host of other crap. When she commented everything that they were trying to sell her was already done just recently, it did not matter to this service person. Is it not possible to just get an oil there with no questions asked? Somehow I think that if I called as a man and said I just wanted a oil change that would have been it. The real kicker is after my wife said she just wanted an oil change they said she needed all of this and they would deduct the work not needed from the "package". Ya right. Do they not offer just an oil change like people ask? More
