Quality work on time and at more reasonable price I usually take my Flex to a dealer near my work but this time I could not get an appointment so I decided to try Northstar Ford. I had a synthetic oil I usually take my Flex to a dealer near my work but this time I could not get an appointment so I decided to try Northstar Ford. I had a synthetic oil change, a cooling flush and a brake flush. All was done on time as promised and at a price more reasonable than the dealer I used to patronize. I am very happy with the service and take my Flex there from now on. Northstar has earned my business. More

I appreciate that they do a thorough check on the engine, wheels etc. and replaced filters and windshield wipers as necessary. Very glad I had purchased the service agreement, so there was no charge! I elected to make an appointment and simply wait in their comfortable customer area in the showroom where there is always lots of coffee, tea etc. rather than use the shuttle service which is great too! Car done as promised and I drove away. I can cross that chore off my list knowing my car is ready for winter! More

Always the BEST service. I dropped off my vehicle with Fiona around 11am for a tire change and service. Fiona addressed all of my concerns and gave me the best service. Appointment booked when mechanic on holidays. Last 2 appointments did not go well. I had an appointment at 6:30, vehicle was not looked at until 4:00. The following appointment, I had called on a monday to book for friday. Needed servicing and recall fixed. When I dropped my vehicle off on the friday I was informed the recall couldn't be done because the mechanic was on holidays. Come on guys. Those folks booking appointments should not book them when mechanics are not available. So now I have to re-book an appointment to get this recall done. More
