She always explains the service and answers any questions I might have. Liane calls me promptly when the service is complete and lets me know how things went and when I can pick up my vehicle. Also, the service on Tuesday November 28 - I was greeted outside the service bay doors by a young lady who quickly processed me and took my vehicle from that point instead of having me wait until space cleared on the inside of the garage. I didn't catch her name, dark hair, ponytail I think - she was also very friendly and accommodating. More

New vehicle purchase finance dept was strong in their position to sell you all the extras, Turned them down no less then 3 times and finally agreed. Called numerous tim finance dept was strong in their position to sell you all the extras, Turned them down no less then 3 times and finally agreed. Called numerous times to cancel extras, unresponsive, went in a number of times, to no avail. then i was told i did not let them know within the 60 days allowed for cancellation. Finally got some action by going to Greg the general Manager. Still to cancel the FMPP and the Ford Protect with in the 60 days ended costing me $1000. The service center is great, sadly nothing good can be said about the finance dept. More

We are still waiting for a call back from the body shop about the paint that is peeling off our bumper. We brought the truck in for this problem 3 times now. No one calls back. The latest one is the 4x4 service light. We had them take the vehicle for a WHOLE DAY to diagnose the problem. Another day to do the work, and still the check 4x4 light is on when I picked up the vehicle. So we have to bring in our truck again for who knows how long? More
