The dealership has been exellent The dealer has been excellent but the sun roof on our 2016 Ford Edge has been nothing but problems. We've had to have it replaced twice in the last ye The dealer has been excellent but the sun roof on our 2016 Ford Edge has been nothing but problems. We've had to have it replaced twice in the last year as it keeps cracking. The service has been nothing but excellent and very accommodating each time but it has been extremely inconvenient to have to get this work done as we live outside of the city. We really like the vehicle but we really hate the sunroof. We're scared to even open it as it might crack again and maybe shatter. My husband would love to buy a Focus RS but doesn't want to have to worry about having to deal with poor workmanship from the factory. More

Hit or Miss This service was better than last time. A couple of weeks ago we had Northstar switch out our winter tires for summers. They didn't bother to check This service was better than last time. A couple of weeks ago we had Northstar switch out our winter tires for summers. They didn't bother to check the tire pressure of the summers. On the drive back home on the freeway the car started pulling to the left during a lane change. The pressure was so low that the front tire almost left the rim. Fortunately, we had a portable pump and filled the tires to the correct pressure on the side of the road. When we got home and called Northstar service to report what happened they didn't seem concerned in the least. The only reason I would recommend someone to Northstar is I know the owner. However, if we have another experience like this again then that proclivity will change. Very disappointing. More
