Good service as always. All was okay except that I had to pay to have my tries balanced and I never had to do this on top of my prepaid coverage from when I bought the car. I All was okay except that I had to pay to have my tries balanced and I never had to do this on top of my prepaid coverage from when I bought the car. I was not aware that the detail cleaning of my car was a cost especially $100.00. This took me off guard and was very unexpected. I became very upset as it was not believed or understood why I did not know this. So this cost on top of the balancing of tires and not knowing this cost was very upsetting for me. I have had to endure lots of expenses moving to BC and moving back to AB as I could not find work. However I agreed to pay 1/2 the cost and this was arranged. I sincerely apologized to the man I yelled at. This is not my nature and it occurred as an outcome from a build up of financial stressors.
