Service & Ford Maintenance Package We have had great service for the past 6 years on our Ford Fusion. However, I am not impressed with the Ford Maintenance Package. Regular service vi We have had great service for the past 6 years on our Ford Fusion. However, I am not impressed with the Ford Maintenance Package. Regular service visits (i.e. oil changes, tune ups, etc) have been fine. As for any other work we have asked to have done - we were told our car "did not qualify". On our final service call, I asked to have the brakes redone. The report came back saying that we had 9mm left on our front brakes. In December 2015, the report said we had 6 mm left. In June 2013, we had 5 mm left. Can't believe that the brakes are improving!! When we visited the dealership late last fall to see about trading in our current car, they said that we would need to have the brakes redone as they were in need of repair. This whole final service call has left us unimpressed with Ford - and not sure about the quality of repairs at Northstar. Will definitely look elsewhere! More

Excellent customer service in resolving a cracked windshield I brought my vehicle in for service and when I came back later that day to pick it up I noticed a crack in the windshield. I spoke with Craig, and he I brought my vehicle in for service and when I came back later that day to pick it up I noticed a crack in the windshield. I spoke with Craig, and he went out of his way to resolve the problem, eventually replacing the widow at no cost to me. I am very please with the excellent customer service that was provided by both Craig and Mitch. More

Polite, efficient and courteous When I called for service, they obviously use some kind of "call display" and the person I spoke with had my information on screen. She listened to what I wanted and was able to suit my schedule for bringing the vehicle in. I took it in on the evening before and Scott was very efficient in getting the paperwork done. He was also very clear as to what the charges were going to be. Vehicle was ready the next morning and their shuttle service was able to pick me up and take me to the dealership within 1/2 an hour. Efficient checkout and payment at the cashier as well. More
