horrible experience I was told they couldn't source air conditioning parts anywhere in Canada and had to order from Ford USA. I kept questioning how this was possible for a 2013 Escape where there are thousands on the road and no parts in Canada. They assured me they had done everything to find the parts. Their story gave me red flags but no one there had the common sense to question it. More

Recommended work that didn't need to be done. Took my 2004 F150 in because the Service Engine light was on. The mechanic said the Catalytic Converters were no longer functional and needed to be r Took my 2004 F150 in because the Service Engine light was on. The mechanic said the Catalytic Converters were no longer functional and needed to be replaced; parts and labour $8,700.00! I took the truck to a nearby garage for a second opinion and they confirmed that the left side Converters were indeed non-functional but the right side Converters were fine. They replaced the failed Converters and the truck is running perfectly. Total cost parts and labour $1200.00. More
