Although at one point the deal was in fact off, we kept at it and managed to overcome the issues. A new car experience that made me happy I was looking for a good used car as a substitute for my pickup truck. I had been to different dealers looking for a reasonable deal on my trade in an I was looking for a good used car as a substitute for my pickup truck. I had been to different dealers looking for a reasonable deal on my trade in and found the sales managers not really interested in my expectations. I was at northgate getting an oil change and wandered over to the used car area and was met by Bill. He was interested in looking at the trade and showed me a few low mileage cars that met my requirements. Within 15 minutes Bill had looked at the trade in , offered a good price and had a deal which I was happy to complete. The car was ready the next day too. Great attitude and I was happy to have the new car to drive. Northgate really met my expectations. I will also make sure my car is serviced at northgate too. Thanks Bill. More
