I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY purchasing a car from this dealership. The service I received is TERRIBLE and I am only seeing it now. I had went here to purchase my first vehicle back in September, which was dealership. The service I received is TERRIBLE and I am only seeing it now. I had went here to purchase my first vehicle back in September, which was a 2016 BMW 228i xDrive. When I test drove the car there was a whistling coming from the right Side, I returned the car to the dealer ship and notified one of the dealers named Brian. He has assured me that upon taking the car into service that the sound would be taken care of and it was no issue so I went alone with the purchase trusting his word. A week later the car was brought to the dealer ship for me to pick up, the sound was gone! So I felt confident in my purchase. Within 48 hours the sound had returned and I was furious so instead of driving all the way back to Kitchener seeing how I live in Toronto I brought the car to BMW mind you the car is only at 30,000km so still under warranty. Upon doing so I was told that my issue was a brake issue so I figured it’s okay maybe I can deal with this myself so I went out of my way to purchase new brakes and pads paid for them to get installed everything. The sound never went away so I waited a few weeks before going back to BMW again and when I finally did wow, they mapped out a world of damage the car has that was not at all brought to my knowledge upon purchase, from a damaged brake shield, damaged shoe brake, damaged wheel bearing, sprayed parts that don’t belong under the car etc, the list goes on. Now the issue is the car was sent back to BMW for one week prior to me owning it so this is all information that Theo motors was aware of but chose to hide from me. So now I’m stuck in a finance option with a car that probably won’t last me much longer and this is all due to being lied to upon purchasing my vehicle. I’d never ever recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle from this place. More

Damien - This young gentleman was a true professional with more than enough emotional intelligence and intellect to make anyone happy purchasing a vehicle and for that matter anything. When I choose a car, Amit was tireless in finding the best deal for financing, and even after getting a very nice interest rate with one bank, he worked harder to get same deal with bank of my preference. He is definitely an expert in this matter. In addition to that, I felt very comfortable negotiating since there was no pushing, no hidden fees, etc and everything in the deal was nice and clear.
