Being a car guy myself, I know a lot about cars but Amit was more knowledgeable than even myself, and highlighted some interesting features about my friends new Focus that would have never crossed our minds. He put every concern at ease, had confidence in his product and level of service, and made a smooth transition to the sale of the vehicle. His friendly, honest, and kind demeanor gave us the comfort level to make a buying decision same day. My friend is definitely not a car guy and was concerned about longevity of the vehicle and it's affordability. Klaus took the time to explain all options available to us regarding the financing, extended warranty, and other products, he was very patient with our numerous questions and my friend purchased an extended warranty, and their rust/paint/fabric protection package. The car needed some upgrades that the dealership carried out without any problems to make the vehicle meet standards. There were a few up-sale options but sale techniques were clear and low pressure, giving clear options and respectful of my opinions. There are several reasons why I would recommend Theo Motors, and Damien Lorefice, the salesperson. Firstly, they were willing to present cars based on our approach, not their own. We came in to their dealership after having visited four others. We wanted to compare without a lot of chit chat. Damien was willing to walk us through their inventory, allowing us lots of time to inspect the vehicles, answering our questions as requested, and giving us space to talk privately. Secondly, they had a good selection of cars that were in great condition. Though some of the cars had seats with small holes and there were rust spots in the usual places, the cars were well-maintained. Thirdly, their price was competitive. We had seen other cars of the same make, model, and year from a couple of other dealerships, and Theo Motors' starting price was reasonable. We negotiated a slightly lower price (only a couple of hundred). The only surprise in price was the exorbitant administrative cost of cleaning the car. The fact that their sticker price was already a couple of hundred cheaper made it easier to accept the additional cost. They did offer many services at cost, such as wax spraying the underside. Lastly, our salesperson Damien was truly a delight to work with. He was professional and good-natured. He didn't try to intimidate us, and he tried to answer all of our questions. More
