Also buyer beware of the extended insurance coverage , it may not cover anywhere near the parts you think it will. We will not deal with this business again! More

We had looked at another dealer for the same vehicle. We saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. I had some reservations as I had not dealt with them before but knew they had been around saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. The Town & Country we ended up with for the same price had many more options and less kms! They have a great inventory selection. Every thing I asked them to look at on the van we bought was looked after- no questions. One option could not be installed due to no fault of theirs and they have completely accommodated us to have it looked after in the near future. Every add on we asked for was VERY fairly priced. If there is something they don't have in inventory they will try to get it for you. They do not push with the extras, they simply offer and you decide. Financing was competitive and through major banks. Overall the best experience I've had buying a vehicle, the facilities may not look like a "brand name" dealership but you are not paying the extra for it either. I will go back to these guys first for our next purchase. First class all around is why I have rated them 5 across the board. More

I found the listing on Kijiji and contacted the dealership. Damien was very fast at responding to e-mails / texts and answered all of my questions and concerns. When we got to the dealership close to their closing time, Damien allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves and stayed late to finish up the deal. He offered to get the car to our mechanic the next day so we could have a final inspection of the car before paying in full. I got possession of the car 2 days after the test drive. The only thing to comment was that the price was firm and no room for haggle. However, the pricing was quite competitive with other postings / dealerships so it wasn't a huge deal. More
