Great Experience We'd looked at a few 2013 Tiguans and had no intention of buying a new car. We drove out from Vancouver to Maple Ridge just to have a look & ended up We'd looked at a few 2013 Tiguans and had no intention of buying a new car. We drove out from Vancouver to Maple Ridge just to have a look & ended up buying a 2016 Tiguan. William was our sales rep & Adam was helping out as well. They were both very personable, very professional & went above & beyond to make us happy. We got a great trade in amount for our vehicle as well. Ben explained the financial aspect very well & no one rushed us. Johnty gave us the run down on the various features when we picked up our shiny new VW the next day. Compared to a few other dealerships we'd been to where one thing or the other put us off, the sales staff was not overly pushy, the financial explanation was clear & everyone was professional & friendly... good coffee too :) It was a great experience & we love our new car.
