I stumbled upon Maple Ridge VW just simply by looking online for a very specific product - a used 2017 Tiguan. After a generic form I filled out online, I was immediately contacted by Charles - most importantly by phone call, which was a good personal touch. He instilled confidence in me right away that he would help me find exactly what I was looking for and make my long journey from Vancouver worth it. When I met Charles at the appointment time, he did something that I was very impressed with - he sat down with my husband and I got to know us on a more individual level, and was very thorough in asking for all the specifics we were looking for in a car. Based on that information, he selected vehicles he thought would fit our needs. He carefully went over the vehicle features and instilled confidence in us that he was very knowledgeable about the product. The test drive was very pleasant and gave both of us high confidence in the vehicle would suit us. The price negotiations were then handled by Adam, who was pleasant, honest, and knowledgeable. Once a deal was struck, we sat with Rhys to iron out all the details in financing - this process took much longer than excepted; we felt could have been more efficient or streamlined. However, everyone that we interacted with was quite personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and we felt well taken care of. We are very happy with our new vehicle and felt out trip out to Maple Ridge from Vancouver was definitely worth while. More

We tried our local VW dealer (Chilliwack) but were disappointed by the utter lack of enthusiasm for what is supposed to be a momentous occasion. We called Maple Ridge, where I had been getting straight, usable information for Jas. Rob, Scott and Jas were all over this deal and didn't play any of the old-style dealership games that we'd experienced elsewhere. We were all getting along fine and the deal was being put to bed when my son's car was stolen from the driveway. That was half the down payment right there! We won't be able to buy the car. We recommend Maple Ridge VW with all our hearts. Most dealerships are still playing the sneaky old games that spoil the good car-buying mood. We didn't see any of this. We are making plans to buy a Passat and will be back at Maple Ridge VW. More

I left with the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted! I felt welcomed upon entering the dealership. Jaz listened to exactly what I wanted, and worked with Adam (I believe) to work out my price. Scott fully explained how the financing would work, and the options for extended warranty without pushing me into it. Jaz, Scott and the man who finished up my insurance stayed late on Halloween to ensure I had everything I needed. I also received a gift that I chose from a pile in the dealership, and a new all-weather mat for my trunk. Really happy to have bought my first car from here! More
