Love my new VW Jetta but hate the service Great customer service. Explained about the VW car and products and also assured me that if there were any questions to come back without hesitations. Bought the new car however having problems with the voice recognition from day one. Took it back after a month after purchasing the car. Had Will look at it and agreed wit us that there is a problem with the voice recognition. Took it in for servicing and had one of the mechanics check it. Eventually was told that it's an iPhone problem not the system (even though the mechanic said it was a s****y system to begin with). Had a friend sync her Samsung mobile phone and still had problems with voice recognition. Why would VW build a car that would not be compatible with iPhone? Thank you Maple Ridge VW for the brush off! More
