We have always had our Golf TDI serviced by Maple Ridge VW and the service staff and mechanics have always done a perfect job of maintaining our Golf TDI. Robert McKenzie has always been there we have have showed up for service and as always maintained the highest level of customer satisfaction and attention that we could have hoped for! Rob demonstrated experienced willingness to accommodate all of our needs in our purchase. His demeanour is not for everyone as he's a take charge guy and wants to close every deal (and why wouldn't he??) but he is a hands-on guy with a tactful "no pressure" sales method. I appreciate that. He's a total car guy and it shows. I can relate. Upon a couple return service visits he 'magically' appears and checks in to see how things are. Pretty cool. Keep it up dude. You're the missing link in customer service everywhere. More

Rushed, forgot who I was. Very dissapointed in this dealership. Very unprofessional and overall hard to deal with. He didn't even remember me and I had bought my car the day before! Also my "free gift" was never given to me not was the link sent to me till a year later! Will claimed that since I had received something else with my car I was not eligible for the gift. He also said that I had to contact head office..well that was a lie because when I did contact head office they told me the dealership sent the links out...overall very poor customer service. Also the service department was very distasteful during my first few visits. The service advisor didn't believe me when I told him my car issue, he treated me like I was just some teenage girl who knows nothing. I had to request not to deal with him the next time i went in. I have wanted to write a letter to head office for a long time now..but haven't. I don't plan on ever taking my business to a dealership that gives away free gifts for good reviews. Very sad. More

Awesomeness!!! I've been to a lot of dealerships but never experienced such down to earth staff ever. The environment is great you never wanna leave. My decision was last min, Rob was great and im pretty straight forward and he took the challenge and now I have a 2014 VW Jetta couldn't be happier. I felt comfortable especially when it came to deal with the awesome finance guy Scott!! Overall I would go back and recommend all my friends and family to do so as well. More
