Awesomeness!!! I've been to a lot of dealerships but never experienced such down to earth staff ever. The environment is great you never wanna leave. Most places have dead robots that work for them but maple ridge VW by far has the best customer service!! My decision was last min, Rob was great and im pretty straight forward and he took the challenge and now I have a 2014 VW Jetta couldn't be happier. I felt comfortable especially when it came to deal with the awesome finance guy Scott!! Overall I would go back and recommend all my friends and family to do so as well. More
