Rob demonstrated experienced willingness to accommodate all of our needs in our purchase. His demeanour is not for everyone as he's a take charge guy and wants to close every deal (and why wouldn't he??) but he is a hands-on guy with a tactful "no pressure" sales method. I appreciate that. He's a total car guy and it shows. I can relate. Upon a couple return service visits he 'magically' appears and checks in to see how things are. Pretty cool. Keep it up dude.
