Fantastic before and after service! I came all the way out from Kelowna several months ago and purchased a new Volkswagen EOS. Ben was extremely helpful and fought for me to get the best possible deal! When we arrived the EOS was parked right at the front and ready to go. I meant to write the review when I first got my vehicle but it slipped my mind as I was enjoying my new little sports car, why am I writing it now? Months after I get a friendly call from Ben simply asking how I was enjoying my vehicle and if I had any questions. I did have several questions which he answered and he even made a quick YouTube video to show me how to change the languages in my instrument cluster! Wow what great service! I not only recommend Ben for before the sales but after the sales experience as well! Thanks Ben!! More
