I never felt pres I was looking for a sedan, I told Bryce exactly what I needed and wanted and he was VERY helpful, always kind and very professional. I never felt pressured and he spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and showing me the different features of the vehicles. Thank you Bryce. ON THE OTHER HAND the Sales Manager Nathan Revoal was not professional. I felt so pressured when I was trying to nicely say no, that I had to start walking away after a 30 minute conversation outside and end my visit. Sincerely, J More

I us When you buy your truck or car make sure to ask for Graham Mitran. I bought my Edge there about 5 years ago, and now it was time for a new car. I use my vehicle for personal and work. Graham is really knowledgeable about both leasing and financing. He has also obviously studied the competition. I needed a vehicle that has good fuel economy and can tow a family trailer. He knew all the competitive models, towing capacities, option packages, fuel economies, etc... After several meetings in person and over the phone, I decided to stick with Ford and Graham. I'll be using his and Maclin's services again. In fact, I just recommended my friend to go down there because he needs a new truck. More

Always a pleasure to deal with i Previous customer of 2 vehicles from Maclin. The people are great and easy to deal with and the rebates are the best. Always a pleasure to deal with i just wished that for long term repeated customer as myself that there were some kind of customer loyalty program back to the customer. Never received anything for my LOYALTY BUT other wise the service and experience was satisfactory. Juan ( new employee ) was excellent and very genuine to deal with and may have an exciting long career as he boasts the mindset, skills and drive to excel in sales. Nice young fellow with the ability to get the job done and Maclin Ford could use more guys like Juan. Juan deserves the credit solely 100% for the sale of my 2016 F-350 Diesel and would see him again in the near future. " KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK " Juan. chadwick winkler. More

our car buying experience First of all my husband John brought our niece Sarah into Maclin Ford and she found the perfect vehicle for herself. John talked to Graham. Sarah an First of all my husband John brought our niece Sarah into Maclin Ford and she found the perfect vehicle for herself. John talked to Graham. Sarah and Graham worked out a deal for the Ford Edge and Sarah got exactly the payments she was looking for. Then Sarah sat down with Maranda and everything came together there also. A+ for both Graham and Maranda. A week later we drove into Maclin Ford just to look. We were very impressed with the Edge but we were looking for the Escape. We of course went right to Graham. We worked a deal for a trade in with Graham and bought the exact Escape we wanted. Then I met Maranda for the first time and I was very impressed. Maranda is very professional but makes you feel very comfortable when you sit down with her. They both worked a great deal for John and myself. Graham is a GREAT person to deal with as a salesman. A lot of sales men are quite aggressive but Graham is so easy to talk to and to deal with. No pressure, just calm and considerate of what people are looking for. Then there is Maranda. I ADORE her. She made the finance part of the purchase so easy and fun. I know I will keep in touch with Maranda on a personal level. Maclin Ford is very lucky to have these two people in their employ. Because of these two wonderful people, we would recommend anyone we know to go see Graham and Maranda if they are looking for a vehicle. More
