Graham is really knowledgeable about both leasing and financing. He has also obviously studied the competition. I needed a vehicle that has good fuel economy and can tow a family trailer. He knew all the competitive models, towing capacities, option packages, fuel economies, etc... After several meetings in person and over the phone, I decided to stick with Ford and Graham. I'll be using his and Maclin's services again. In fact, I just recommended my friend to go down there because he needs a new truck. More

Sarah and Graham worked out a deal for the Ford Edge and Sarah got exactly the payments she was looking for. Then Sarah sat down with Maranda and everything came together there also. A+ for both Graham and Maranda. A week later we drove into Maclin Ford just to look. We were very impressed with the Edge but we were looking for the Escape. We of course went right to Graham. We worked a deal for a trade in with Graham and bought the exact Escape we wanted. Then I met Maranda for the first time and I was very impressed. Maranda is very professional but makes you feel very comfortable when you sit down with her. They both worked a great deal for John and myself. Graham is a GREAT person to deal with as a salesman. A lot of sales men are quite aggressive but Graham is so easy to talk to and to deal with. No pressure, just calm and considerate of what people are looking for. Then there is Maranda. I ADORE her. She made the finance part of the purchase so easy and fun. I know I will keep in touch with Maranda on a personal level. Maclin Ford is very lucky to have these two people in their employ. Because of these two wonderful people, we would recommend anyone we know to go see Graham and Maranda if they are looking for a vehicle. More

Excellent Buying Experience I came into Maclin Ford after visiting a few other dealerships and immediately I noticed a difference. The space is open and inviting, the sales peopl I came into Maclin Ford after visiting a few other dealerships and immediately I noticed a difference. The space is open and inviting, the sales people and sales managers immediately strike up conversation where as some dealerships don't seem to take young car buyers seriously and ignore them. I had spoken to one of their salesman on the phone before arriving and when I showed up he was ready to see me and the vehicle I was interested in was ready and waiting at the front doors. Really great group of people. I didn't get the feel that I was being played or taken advantage of as I have at other dealerships. The process was easy, simple and fast. They understood that I'm not wanting to waste hours looking around and going over numbers and being coerced into extra warranty or clear-coating packages I don't really need. Again I couldn't say better things about this place and I will be sure to tell others who are shopping for a new vehicle. More
