Due to a variety of uncontrollable insurance situations - the process was very lengthy for all involved. Graham was very patient, understanding and helpful in the many resulting delays. On delivery of my new car, Kristjan was very creative in switching my previous maintenance program and obliging to have the purchase per credit card. I was also provided immediate service for a maintenance issue. I have a complete sense of trust. I also had a very pleasant experience with a new service rep that I had not met before - Jean.
