Terrible Customer Service in the Service Department I have been a customer of Maclin Ford for about 3 years. Very poor had an oil chang done here then the next at another dealer was advised the oil filler cap was missing probably left off at previous oil change at mac had an oil chang done here then the next at another dealer was advised the oil filler cap was missing probably left off at previous oil change at maclin. After leaving several messages on voice mail no one bothered to return my call. Finally after further attempts to talk to someone finally got a call back. Was offered reimbursement for the oil filler cap in cash only if I would attend to the dealer...ridiculous! Not worth my time for a lousy 10 bucks. Attitude they couldn't care less More

First time buying a ford I had the most amazing experience at this dealership! I went in with no intention to buy. I was helped almost immediately by Chris who was able to poi I had the most amazing experience at this dealership! I went in with no intention to buy. I was helped almost immediately by Chris who was able to point out immediately what I was looking for in my price range. He had me on a test drive in less than 10 minutes and had a second one lined up for me if I did not like it. I loved what I test drove and was sat down right away with Candace to purchase it. They made it so easy for me to trade in my previous vehicle and to drive away with my new one! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to make their car buying process easy. My registration was transferred over and they even recommended an insurance broker to me. When I am ready to trade in my Focus, I'll be coming straight back here! More
