"Calmest" purchase I've ever been a part of. Easy to see why Maclin is making a name for themselves. Walked in feeling tense, that was immediately removed by Bill and Kelly. Purchased a GMC product at a Ford dealer? I found that dealing with Maclin Ford and the various levels of the staff to be very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was greeted by an amazing reception, and then at my request,I was introduced to a very experienced and knowledgable salesperson which then lead to one more great experience after another. There was no pressure from start to finish; from the sale, to the trade process with sales manager to finalizing the bill of sale with the financial services dept. Bottom line is that I felt they simply wanted me to be happy with my decision rather than the usual pressure applied at the other dealerships I visited in the previous couple of days. I traded in a GMC product for a GMC product at a Ford dealer and had the best success as compared to Chev/Gmc dealerships I previously visited and tried to deal with on the same type of terms, comparable product based on options and same trade requirement. It was a straight up simple process at Maclin , I knew what they wanted and they knew what I wanted and in the end Maclin Ford made it work . I did not have to go through the usual "make us an offer crap" and waste a ton of time. I felt comfortable enough that it could have been a hand shake deal! Bought a GMC product at a Ford dealer? Who would have thought; my Chevy buddies will never let me hear the end of it but it was worth it! More

Above and Beyond I first met Graham when my partner decided to buy her vehicle. Since I liked the kind of service she received, I decided to contact him again when I w I first met Graham when my partner decided to buy her vehicle. Since I liked the kind of service she received, I decided to contact him again when I was ready to buy my own vehicle. Just as I saw him do before for my partner, Graham managed to find exactly what I was looking for. He also prevented me from making a bad choice by explaining that certain years of the vehicle I wanted to purchase had defective transmissions. I thought that meant he had integrity, which is not very common in that field. The second thing I’d like to mention is he held the vehicle for me for longer than they normally do while I was shopping around for my insurance. He was also very accommodating regarding my appointments, which my schedule doesn’t allow me to make very easily. I finally went home with my new vehicle; however, when I arrived home, I noticed something I hadn’t noticed when I took it for the test drive which had to do with the interiors and posed a problem for both my partner and me. I called Graham immediately and not only did he accept to solve the problem but he kept the vehicle for as long as it took to fix it and gave me a loaner car I could use in the meantime. I really don’t know why some of the other reviewers mentioned they were basically ignored or treated in a rude way at Maclin Ford. This is my second experience with them and I really think they’re amazing. I really felt they actually cared about me and not just the sale. I'd also like to mention that I have never owned a vehicle before and Graham took the time to explain a lot of details about how the vehicle works and showed me a bunch of fine details about how to run it, right down to programming the radio and paring my phone to use with Bluetooth. He really seemed to enjoy showing me all of this stuff and never once did I feel like a burden. I also had a very good experience with Candace who took care of all the paperwork and was kind enough to explain all the technicalities to me I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to understand and helped me with the best deal financially for me, saving me from making a choice that would have put me further in debt. Definitely recommended! More

Great Sale Experiance Once I got in there and introduced myself, they were more then happy to set me up with my sales associate Mark Duffin. After a few questions on what I was looking for in a vehicle we headed out to the lot. We looked at a few trucks and I decided on taking a F150 for a test drive. After driving the vehicle I decided this was the one. Mark and the other member of the dealership made it easy to get through the sets of buying a vehicle. The day I picked up the truck Mark and I sat in the truck and we updated the controls for me and again went through any questions that I might have. It was a great experience dealing with Maclin Ford and I would buy another vehicle and recommend them to other people. More
