Terrific as usual I immediately drove to the dealership when a warning light, indicating a problem with the traction system, appeared. Lyndsi prepared the work order and immediately had a loaner car for me. Karen helped me get started with the loaner vehicle. The problem was attended with a computer upgrade and I had my car back within 5 hours. I saw Romeo when I picked up the car and he explained the problem to me.
