Earlier I rated Lexus of London and didn’t realize I wouldn’t have the opportunity to talk about Rick Watson until the survey was completed. Rick was very patient with me during the process, provided ex wouldn’t have the opportunity to talk about Rick Watson until the survey was completed. Rick was very patient with me during the process, provided excellent advice and was truly exceptional. The process took longer than normal because of the limited inventory and indecision on my part. I was trading in an IS and wasn’t sure if I wanted another IS or a SUV. I test drove all of them including a number of sport models. In the end we bought a 2024 Rx 350 hybrid and are very happy with it. Thank you Rick! We truly appreciate everything you did to make this a great experience. More
