Amazing Dealership with Top Notch Customer Service Love my RX350, and the customer experience at Lexus of London. I bought a used RX350, and was absolutely wow'd when the dealership had the hood paint Love my RX350, and the customer experience at Lexus of London. I bought a used RX350, and was absolutely wow'd when the dealership had the hood painted for me free of charge when they noticed a high number of stone chips upon their final inspection. Sue Vincent was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we met, and I thoroughly enjoyed the orientation on the car, as I learned a lot about the features, and had many laughs along the way. Rhonda and Tracey also went the extra mile to help me out with my licensing transfers that required a couple of visits to the bureau to complete. This kinda customer sevice is hard to replicate...looking forward to a long relationship. More
