Yes, the price was a LOT fairer compared to other dealerships we had visited on line for the same vehicle. From the first handshake greeting from Stephanie Shearsby our salesperson we were treated very well with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The accommodation did not stop there. We then dealt Kylie Burridge, Financial Services Manager who gave a clear, informative and concise overview of the purchase and what warranty services were available. These two women were very professional. While at the dealership, the sales manager came and introduced himself and thanked us for traveling such a long distance to purchase their vehicle. They delayed the delivery as they discovered two small scratches on the rear bumper which they had repaired and also replaced the 3M hood protector at no additional cost as part of the sale. If that was not enough, they had the vehicle delivered (we live 130 km's from the dealership) and picked up our trade in. This purchase was a very pleasant experience. The vehicle was remarkable and was thousands of dollars less than comparable vehicles at other dealerships. We will definitely return there for our next vehicle purchase. We purchased RX 350 2016 on Feb 26 and this was our second one in this dealership. Sue made the process of purchase a vehicle, extremely pleasant.. On delivery she spend more than 2 hours with us making sure we know how works our brand new car which we appreciated.
