Never met anyone nice like her before in my whole life! Me and my husband were impressed beyond our expectations with the level of customer service we received from Stephanie. She was very professional, polite, patient, respectful and very accommodating. She met us after hours as we were coming from Port Elgin, ON. Knowing that we were not from the town, she had all the paperworks ready so all we had to do is pick up the keys and head back on the highway enjoying the new car! From the initial inquiry via their website to picking up the car was handled very sincerely & professionally. Stephanie was also very prompt with her replies. She amazed us with her great people skills. She is also very caring and friendly. It was nice to be with someone that I was actually able to chat with! Blitzstein was patient with us and showed us key features of our new GS upon pick up of the vehicle. Joe Mazzella was helpful in recommending the owner protection services. After Internet research and visiting several local Dealerships, Lexus of London's Stephanie Shearsby promptly responded to my UNHAGGLE Internet inquiry and within an hour of meeting with her at the De Dealerships, Lexus of London's Stephanie Shearsby promptly responded to my UNHAGGLE Internet inquiry and within an hour of meeting with her at the Dealership and test-driving the car, I accepted their written quotation and the beautiful white-on-black Lexus GS 350 - F-Sport was delivered to me three days later, all serviced with the Dealer-applied rustproofing, paint and stone-chip protection, etc. If all of the Lexus of London people are of the caliber of those I've met during the sales process, I can look forward to a happy relationship.
