Subsequently, brought the vehicle for service a few days later, where Karen provided equal customer care and attention. A loaner vehicle was provided which ensured I was able to accomplish something, rather than spend the time waiting. While I have no experitse in the field, the final cost did not appear to be out of line for the work required for the vehicle. More
